Bill Pepper - Head of Voice Studies, NIDA, Sydney Australia
In 1997 he was invited to join the faculty of
Midsummer in Oxford, The British American Drama
Academy programme at
Balliol
College,
Oxford, England in July and August. He
taught again for this programme in Oxford in
1999. He is a guest teacher at the
Hong Kong Academy for Performing
Arts.
In 1993/94, Bill was Head of Voice at the School of
Drama,
Victoria College of the Arts in
Melbourne.
He has been head of Voice Studies at
NIDA
since 1995.

Max Rowley - TV / Radio / Voice - Principal, Max Rowley Media Academy
Max, commenced his T.V. Announcing career on Channel 7 Sydney with no previous experience as a television announcer. In his over 30 years of Media involvement, Max Rowley was both promotional Voice- over, presentation Announcer, as well as On-Camera News reader and "Voice of the Seven Revolution" on Channel 7 for 15 years from the sixties through to the Seventies. He moved from Channel Seven to work as Promotions voice-over Announcer on Channel 9 for 5 years from 1975 to 1980. During these years, he also appeared in the A.B.C's. first ground breaking "Gunston Series" still seen regularly on cable.
The Max Rowley Media Academy and Drama Academy has been established well over thirty years. Max has trained thousands of Australians to speak well and many hundreds of Broadcast Announcers for Radio and T.V. in Australia. He regularly trains individual Professional TV Presenters on most Channels and was Consultant to the S.B.S. Program Department - Training and Assessing the On-Air Presenters

Paul Melville - Executive Producer - Endemol Southern Star, Strictly Dancing
Southern Star Executive Producer Paul Melville
developed the popular series ‘Strictly Dancing’ a
hugely popular show based on three couples
performing a variety of dance styles and moves. Now
in its second series it has found additional
success with local productions in France and India
– an achievement made possible by Paul’s creative

Tom McSweeney - Casting Director - Maura Fay & Associates
Tom McSweeney
has been in the entertainment business for most of
his life. Beginning as an actor at the age of
eight, he went onto receiving his Bachelor of Arts
Degree in Directing in 1983. After college, he
began teaching acting and performance at both the
Kenneth C Beck Center for the Arts and the famed,
Lee Strasberg Theatre Institute, where he was the
Director of Children's Theatre.
He began his career in casting in Los Angeles in
1987 and to date, has cast over
125-feature film and
television movies
, seven television series and pilot projects. Since
moving to Australia in 1998, Tom has been the
Senior Casting Director at Warner Roadshow
Movieworld Studios on the Gold Coast, casting three
television series, and fifteen tele-movies and two
pilots. In addition, he continues to teach acting
and audition technique privately as well as across
Australia.

Henrie Stride - Casting Director - Channel Nine Network
With more than ten years experience in film and
television, Stride is responsible for sourcing and
identifying new talent to join Nine's on-air stable
across all genres, including lifestyle and
infotainment, light entertainment and reality.
After completing a Bachelor of Arts majoring in
Media and Communication, Stride began her career in
casting at Mullinar's in the early 1990s.
Stride has worked on a wide range of television
drama series (including Water Rats, The Bill, White
Collar Blue and Home and Away) and reality programs
(including The Mole, My Restaurant Rules, Stooged),
as well as film (including Idiot Box, Dirty Deeds,
Matrix II & III) and television commercials. In
the past decade Stride has also worked in a variety
of production roles both in Australia and the UK,
including Production Management and Coordination on
International Films & Documentaries.

Tim Littleton - Casting
After leaving the legal profession in 1992, Tim's
career in the entertainment industry began in
London working for a leading theatrical agency
representing such clients as Vanessa Redgrave,
Christopher Lee, Elaine Paige, Sir Ian McKellen and
Michael Ball to name a few. This exposure to
the careers of successful working actors inspired
Tim to work in the casting field on his return to
Australia in 1994. Serving for 5 years as Casting
Assistant to Australia's top casting directors at
LIZ MULLINAR CASTING gained him a great insight and
valuable knowledge on the audition processes used
by many film and series Directors. Tim is currently
casting for the feature film
"Newcastle". Recent casting credits
include BLUE WATER HIGH SERIES 2 for Southern Star
and ABC, THE ALICE (Series 1 and Telemovie) for
Southern Star and Channel 9 and BLUE WATER HIGH
SERIES 1. Series casting director credits in recent
years include BLUE HEELERS for Channel 7 and CRASH
PALACE for Fox TV. Tim also served as Extras
Casting Director on the feature films, THE
MATRIX, THE MATRIX – RELOADED and THE MATRIX –
REVOLUTIONS.

Nell Schofield - Presenter - Tuesday Night With Nell Schofield
Presenter of the SHOWTIME weekly film show Tuesday
Night with Nell Schofield, Nell Schofield is one of
the industry's most respected identities working in
the fields of television, radio and print media. A
graduate of NIDA where she and seven other fellow
students devised the play Strictly Ballroom, Nell
first appeared on screen as the star of Bruce
Beresford's cult classic Puberty Blues. Since then
Nell has appeared in numerous productions as well
as a presenter on many shows including CNN
International's 'The Art Club' and CNN's travel
show 'Hot Spots'. She reported for five years with
ABC TV's weekly arts program Review and her voice
is currently heard on 'Media Watch'.

El Erdmane - Agent - Encompass
El Erdmane is a former talent agent with Fox Studios-based management company Pacific Artists Management. She was recently working at Encompass management with the Artists And Entertainment Group and has been steadily building her profile, artist roster and expertise within the industry. Her previous clients include TV presenters Cherie Hausler and Mike Goldman.
